I have rich life experience. I know how to enjoy life, flow with it, and adapt to new situations. As an ancient proverb says, "Everything changes — you cannot step into the same river twice". My life demonstrates the power of flexibility and openness. Life has taught me not to despair, but to see opportunities and resources in any situation. I read a lot and constantly broaden my horizons by learning new things, enabling me to view situations from different perspectives.
Not everything in my life has always been smooth. I went through a divorce, which was a difficult time. I found the strength to re-evaluate my past, develop myself, and I am happily married for the second time. I am now living in harmony with my husband and my three children, along with everyone around us. Changing your patterns is challenging. I value working with women after divorce who want to change their patterns and build a new healthy and lasting relationship.
My core values are positivity, gratitude, kindness, curiosity, lightness, and vibrancy of life. I believe that success is a balance — enjoying the process of moving toward your goal, the achievements themselves, and the awareness gained along the way.
Coaching is a powerful method for working with one's mindset and awareness, aimed at results. Coaching helps you unlock your potential and reach your goals faster. When you work with me, you will evaluate and find your true goals and values, and remove internal blocks that prevent you from reaching those goals. You will learn how to quiet your saboteurs and cultivate your sage powers. I work with humor and lightness. The “magic pill” doesn’t exist for me. I work with your mindset, because I believe that mindset is the foundation of any result or success.
I am inspired by people who are authors of their own lives despite difficulties, and I myself move in this direction, helping others.

What Sets Me Apart From Others:
Coaching vs. Therapy: What’s the Difference?
Coaching and Therapy Are Different and its Focus and Goals:
Coaching is about reaching specific goals, improving performance, and making positive changes in areas like work, relationships, and personal growth. It’s all about moving forward and taking action.
Therapy is focused on healing, understanding emotions, and working through past issues or mental health concerns. It often looks at the root causes of problems and helps you process them.
How It Works:
Coaching uses tools like goal setting, accountability, and building on your strengths. Your coach is your partner, not an advice-giver.
Therapy might involve talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, or deep emotional work. The therapist acts more as a guide or expert.
Who It’s For:
Coaching is best if you’re feeling healthy, motivated, and ready to take action toward your goals.
Therapy is a better fit if you’re dealing with emotional distress, mental health issues, or need help working through tough experiences.
